During your session, sensors placed on targeted areas of your head will show the current state of your brain compared to what it should be doing. Sounds or music played through headphones will adapt to push your brain closer to a more comfortable state. That’s it! Pain-free, drug-free, and completely non-invasive. All you have to do is show up and relax.
